She has always been fascinated by how behaviors and physiological responses of the human body are intertwined. Sheena’s clinical experience includes treating patients with depression, anxiety, autism, ADD, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

Her motivation and drive to raise mental health awareness stems from personal experience in taking care of family members with underlying mental health conditions.

She believes in going above and beyond for each patient by creating a family based environment and making her patients feel safe, comfortable, and needed. She strives to connect with and understand her patients on a deeper level in order for her to deliver the highest quality care.

In her spare time, she loves to cook and play with her puppy, Sapphire. She also loves to write motivational articles for The Huffington Post.
